We currently pack and ship all orders from our WareHouse in Pennsylvania.
U.S. shipping please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-15 business days for processing before shipment.
International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with USPS. International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available.
We can cancel your order if you haven't received your tracking number. We won't be able to modify an order after shipping information has been generated. If you would like to cancel your order and have not received a tracking number, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
In the rare case that your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask that you file a “lost” package claim with your carrier:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your order. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. This policy only applies to items that are purchased through our website. To return, please email email@example.com with your original order number and reason for return.
Please allow 7-10 business days for our support staff to process your return. You will receive an email notification detailing your return soon after our staff has successfully processed your return. You can then expect your funds within 2-5 business days.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the wrong item that we sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately ship the correct item to you with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.

You can purchase Gift Cards here. Gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift Cards are programmed to expire after 2 years. If your Gift Card expires and you still have credit on it, please reach out to customer service to create a new Gift Card.
