RETURN

We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your order. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. This policy only applies to items that are purchased through our website. To return, please email support@gowarfit.com with your original order number and reason for return.

EXCHANGE

If you need to make an exchange, your items must be in new condition with original packaging within 7 days of purchase. To exchange, please email support@gowarfit.com with your order number and reason for exchange. You will cover the return shipping and handling cost, and we will cover the exchange item shipping.

WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT

We proudly offer a 90-Day warranty for manufacturer defects on bottles purchased through our website. Please note that general wear and tear, including scratches, dings and other marks are not covered. Manufacturer defects include but are not limited to: micro leaks, blemishes, and structural imperfections sustained before initial use.

If your bottle breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement! For replacements, please email support@gowarfit.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and let us know how it occurred.

*Only product purchased through gowarfit.com will be eligible for a replacement. Limited to 1 replacement per bottle.

RESTOCK

We can’t always give a heads up about product restocks as it’s always subject to change. To be the first to find out restock dates, keep a close eye on our social media, @Officialwarfit and sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage.

Please allow 7-10 business days for our support staff to process your return. You will receive an email notification detailing your return soon after our staff has successfully processed your return. You can then expect your funds within 2-5 business days.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the wrong item that we sent to support@gowarfit.com. We will immediately ship the correct item to you with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.
